Our story

Welcome to ESCHeartbeats! Let us introduce ourselves. We are two friends coming from the beautiful island of Cyprus, and we are both vivid Eurovision enthusiasts. We have been devoted followers of the contest since our early years. When we met each other in 2020 and discovered our shared passion for this contest, we also discovered the true magic of Eurovision- watching the contest together, throwing Eurovision parties and sharing laughter, debates and heartfelt moments.

The ESCHeartbeats idea was born in May 2023, after attending our first Eurovision Song Contest in real life in Liverpool. The euphoria of the arena, the joy of the village and the vibrant energy of the Eurovision parties made our hearts full and we decided to create this mission- to generate a space to share our passion and encourage others to embrace the Eurovision spirit.

What started as two fans sharing our thoughts online has grown into a blog and community across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website. From reactions and artist interviews to behind-the-scenes insights and creative articles, we share Eurovision through our own lens—as fans first, not journalists.

In 2025, we received our first official accreditation, giving us the incredible opportunity to experience the contest from backstage at the arena. Seeing Eurovision from this perspective has only deepened our passion and our drive to bring fans closer to the heart of the contest.

Our mission

At ESCHeartbeats, our mission is simple: to celebrate Eurovision through the eyes (and hearts) of fans.

We’re not here to be another news outlet or formal press site. We’re here to share the excitement, the emotions, and the unique moments that make Eurovision more than just a contest. Through videos, interviews, articles, and social content, we want to bring fellow fans along on our journey—whether it’s vibing to national selection entries, reacting to rehearsals, or sharing the backstage buzz.

Our goal is to keep the Eurovision spirit alive 365 days a year, connect fans around the world, and show that at its core, Eurovision is about more than music—it’s about community, creativity, and, of course, heartbeats.
