The 12 Finalists for the Greek National Final!

Today marks an exciting day for Greek Eurofans and Eurovision enthusiasts everywhere—the unveiling of the 12 artists and songs set to compete in the Greek national selection show on Thursday, January 30th. The event, hosted at the Christmas Theater in Athens, promises to deliver an unforgettable night of music and talent.

From a pool of 187 entries submitted to ERT, the Greek public broadcaster, these 12 finalists have been chosen. Here’s the list of the competing artists and their songs:

Let’s meet the artists!
Andy Nicolas
Andy is a Greek/Danish singer-songwriter of Canadian decent. Known for his songwriting powers, he’s penned hits for big names like Eleni Foureira, Helena Paparizou, and Tamta. This time, he takes center stage as the performer of his own song, “Lost My Way,” a heartfelt ballad.

Barbz (Barbara Argyrou)
Barbara, known as Barbz, is a rising talent at just 21 years old. She’s already graced stages on Junior Music Stars and America’s Got Talent. Her song, “Silence”, blends dance/electronic beats with pop vibes, showcasing her dynamic style.

Evangelia
A well-known Eurovision fan favorite, Evangelia brings a unique mix of modern pop and Greek traditional elements. Born in New Jersey with roots in Crete, her song “Vale” combines dance beats with Cretan influences, creating a captivating fusion.

Nafsika
Nafsika’s musical journey began at age 10 when she released a hit single written by Giorgos Theofanous. Now based in the USA, she’s back with “Unhurt Me”, a powerful and emotive ballad.

Dinamiss
Maria and Eleni Dina, twin sisters known as Dinamiss, are an urban/R&B/pop duo. Rising to fame in Greek X Factor in 2009, they’ve released singles and performed in major events. Their song “Odyssey” is a high-energy dance anthem.

Thanos Lambrou
Thanos gained recognition in The Voice of Greece and later X Factor. With his song “Free Love”, a rock anthem dedicated to unity across Europe, Thanos aims to make a powerful statement.

Rikki
Based in London, Rikki specializes in indie-retro pop. Formerly part of the electro-pop band Kokyu, his song “Elevator” highlights his artistic evolution and distinct sound.

Constantinos Christoforou & Kostas Karafotis
Two seasoned performers team up for “Paradisos,” a traditional Greek entry. Constantinos is a Eurovision veteran, having represented Cyprus three times, while Kostas rose to fame through Fame Story 2 and has enjoyed a thriving music career.

Georgina Kalais
Teaming up with John Vlaseros, Georgina delivers “High Road”, a soulful duet about human connection. Both artists bring years of experience in Greek music and live performances.

Xannova Xan
Known from her participation in Junior Eurovision 2005, Xanova Xan presents “Play It”, a Euro-pop dance track crafted by an impressive team, including Peter Boström, one of the creators behind Loreen’s “Tattoo.”

Klavdia
A finalist from The Voice of Greece 2018, Klavdia’s “Asteromata” is a powerful ballad featuring traditional elements. Her song is written by Arcade, the team behind Stefania’s Eurovision entries.

Costas Ageris
Specializing in traditional and Balkan music, Kostas won The Voice of Greece in 2015. His song “Gi Mou” showcases his deep roots in Greek musical heritage.

The Greek National Final
The Greek national final for Eurovision 2025 will air live from the Christmas Theater in Athens. Hosting the event are Eurovision icons Elena Paparizou (2005 winner) and Sakis Rouvas (2004 and 2009 participant).

Voting Breakdown:
• 25% from an international jury
• 25% from a domestic jury
• 50% from the public televote
